We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy on all items.

Return Window

You may return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.

How to Initiate a Return

• Email us at support@pear4az.com with your order number and reason for return
• We will send you a return authorization and shipping instructions
• Pack the item securely in its original packaging
• Ship the item back using the provided return label

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving your returned item. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

Return Shipping Costs

• Damaged or defective items: Return shipping is free. We provide a prepaid return label.
• Returns due to personal preference: A $9.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Non-Returnable Items

• Fresh flowers that have been arranged or displayed
• Items missing original packaging or accessories
• Clearance or final sale items

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 48 hours at support@pear4az.com with photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
