Pear4az offers free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. We want your flowers, pots, and decor to arrive safely and on time.
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
We currently ship to all 50 United States. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Shipping is free on all orders, regardless of order size or product weight. There are no hidden shipping fees at checkout.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package through the carrier's website.
Fresh flowers ship in temperature-controlled packaging. Ceramic pots are packed with foam inserts. Candles and decor are wrapped to prevent breakage.
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours at support@pear4az.com with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
