What if my cat refuses to use the litter box?

In most cases, kittens will typically adapt to the new litter box within a month. You can also place toys that your cat likes to play with in the litter box. If your kitten needs a longer acclimatization period, please reach out to our support team.

Why is the machine unavailable after pressing the power button for the first time?

When powered on initially, the device undergoes a 1 to 3-minute self-test. Throughout this process, all buttons remain non-operational. This is not a malfunction, and the device becomes fully functional after the self-test is complete.

How do I replace my garbage bag?

Press the Clean button for 2 sec to allow the device to rotate the litter box to the upper left corner for easier litter liner replacement. For more information, please consult the manual or watch the detailed video introduction on the product page.

Why does my cat litter box always stop in the wrong position?

The device halts rotation upon detecting weight. Gravity sensors at each corner of the litter box bottom are sensitive. If a blanket or cat mat is beneath, it may impact sensor accuracy (e.g. cat weight). Please position the device on a firm surface.
